NS Owls Head 20200818

A sign marks the rural community of Owls Head on Nova Scotia's Eastern Shore on Thursday, February 20, 2020. The lawyer for a retired biologist and environmental group says they will seek a judicial review of the Nova Scotia government's decision to remove a section of Crown-owned land along the province's Eastern Shore from the pending protected list. Jamie Simpson says the group will make an initial appearance in Nova Scotia Supreme Court to "get things rolling on how things will proceed" on Sept. 23. The move comes after a decision by the court earlier this month to grant Bob Bancroft and the Eastern Shore Forest Watch Association more time to proceed with their legal action.THE CANADIAN PRESS/Andrew Vaughan
