Two farm bred minks peer out of their cage on a large scale mink farm on the outskirts of Harbin in Heilongjiang Province, China on December 2, 2008. The mink is the most commonly farmed animal for its fur and often prized by high society fashion. The mink's rich glossy coat is brown in its wild state but farm bred variety ranges from white to almost black. China supplies more than half of the finished fur garments imported for sale in the United States. Photo by Simon Lim/Pictobank/ABACAPRESS.COM
