New UN Ambassador Rae touts Canadian overseas support during COVID-19

Bob Rae Rae mounted a vigorous defence of the United Nations and the need to work with and support other countries as he took over as Canadian ambassador to the UN. The former Ontario premier specifically referenced the need for Canada to help countries battered by COVID-19 to prevent global instability.
