Ottawa to develop better plans for national stockpile, Trudeau says

Prime Minister Justin Trudeau said Monday he was troubled when the government discovered at least two million N95 respirator masks were thrown out last year because they had expired. Trudeau also said there are challenges in securing equipment now, while not denying Canadian cargo planes returned from China empty instead of bringing back more masks and other medical equipment.
