Quebec drafting plans, scenarios to slowly get the economy going again

Quebec Premier Francois Legault says he hopes to present a plan to get some businesses up and running again. The province's economy has been effectively shut for weeks as the province weathers a fight against COVID-19. Legault says any resumption of regular life and economic activity will have to be in conjunction with strict public health guidelines to ward off the coronavirus.
