As COVID-19 spreads in close-quarters workplaces such as meat-packing plants, Conservative Leader Andrew Scheer says the federal government has an obligation to supply personal protective equipment so workers can operate safely. He blames the Liberals for not having a kept a secure supply of gear such as masks and face-shields.
