CORRECTS FUNERAL DATETO AUG. 18. - FILE - In this Aug. 18, 1977 file photo, a string of white vehicles follow the hearse carrying the body of Elvis Presley along Elvis Presley Boulevard on the way to Forest Hills Cemetery in Memphis, Tenn. Presley died at Graceland in Memphis on Aug. 16, 1977. The crowds in the aftermath got so thick that then President Jimmy Carter called out 300 National Guard troops to manage things.
