Canadians cross U.S. land borders for their first time since start of COVID-19

Canadians crossed U.S. land border for their first time since the start of the COVID-19 pandemic on Monday. Some said they plan to reunite with loved ones in the United States, while others plan to spend the winter in sunny Florida. Residents of Plattsburgh, New York say they're eager to welcome Canadian travellers as U.S. land border reopens, but worry testing requirements will keep many away.
