Canadian snowbirds anxious for US border to open

After two years of captivity Canadian snowbirds are waiting at an RV campground a stones throw from the US border to be first in line when the border reopens on November 8th. Some of have been waiting at the campground, 18 kilometres from the Coutts border crossing, for weeks.
