Liberal, Conservative leaders talk mental health funding

Liberal Leader Justin Trudeau announced that a re-elected Liberal government would give provinces and territories billions in targeted funding for mental health, but wouldn't dictate how they deliver that support. Conservative Leader Erin O'Toole says he would respect how provinces choose to use the health funding he's promising, but that he knows they recognize the need for mental health supports.
