First Nations man biking across Canada for suicide awareness reaches Winnipeg

Rylee Nepinak is biking from Vancouver to Halifax to raise awareness and funds for Tataskweyak Cree Nation in northern Manitoba. The community declared a state of emergency in July after 13 youth died by suicide.
