Ottawa creates conduct watchdog for Canadian companies abroad

The international trade minister says a new watchdog created to enforce responsible behaviour by Canadian firms abroad will be the first of its kind in the world. Francois-Philippe Champagne made the announcement in Ottawa on Wednesday.
