Leader Erin O'Toole says the Conservative caucus is united despite MPs voting to give themselves the power to trigger a review of his leadership. The Tory caucus met for the first time Tuesday after a disappointing election finish that saw 119 Conservative MPs sent to Parliament, two fewer than in 2019.
