Premier John Horgan says B.C.'s circuit-breaker restrictions will be extended another five weeks and widespread travel limitations are coming later this week. Provincial health officer Dr. Bonnie Henry says she's also expanding the use of the AstraZeneca vaccine and it will now be available to people 40 years and older.
