British Columbia about one month behind Ontario in COVID-19 variant dominance

Provincial health officer Dr. Bonnie Henry says it will be about one month before a COVID-19 variant known as B.1.1.7 makes up 60 per cent of new cases in B.C. She and Health Minister Adrian Dix also encouraged British Columbians during a briefing Tuesday to pre-register for vaccine bookings online.
