Tories call on PM to let former attorney general speak openly at ethics committee

The Conservatives called on the prime minister Monday to allow Jody Wilson-Raybould to speak openly and freely about the SNC-Lavalin affair at the Commons ethics committee. Conservative Leader Andrew Scheer said the committee, which is scheduled to meet Tuesday, needs to hear Wilson-Raybould talk about the weeks after she was shuffled from the justice portfolio to veterans affairs, until when she resigned from cabinet.
