Female rapper Nicki Minaj is being featured on Avril Lavigne's new song "Dumb Blonde." Lavigne, who hails from Napanee, Ont., says their new song is "an anthem for anyone who has been stereotyped or talked down to." Nicki surprised her 20.5 million Twitter followers by telling them she was as a huge fan of Lavigne's. "Dumb Blonde" will be featured on Lavigne's forthcoming new album "Head Above Water."
