    TSB looking into ‘decision making’ on 747 that overran runway

    A Transportation Safety Board investigator says it appears a cargo plane pilot chose the Halifax runway the 747 overran when landing Wednesday in strong winds. The TSB is investigating the incident that injured four crew members.
