Victim’s brother says ‘no justice’ in pharmacy stabbing case

The victim’s family reacted with dismay on Friday after the Crown and defence agreed Rohinie Bisesar, 43, should be found not criminally responsible due to a mental disorder in the 2015 stabbing death of Rosemarie Junor in Toronto.
