Lawyer 'confident' of foreign attack in Cuba
A lawyer says the mysterious ailments reported by Canadian diplomats and their families in Cuba were caused by a foreign adversary, despite a federal government report that dismisses the theory. Eight years ago, Canadian foreign service officials and their dependents began reporting symptoms such as headaches, memory loss, mood changes, vision problems, nausea and nosebleeds. (Aug. 17, 2025)
