In coastal communities, residents tie down boats as hurricane approaches

In small coastal communities along the eastern shore of Nova Scotia, people are tying down their boats and hauling them into dry dock in hope they won’t be damaged by hurricane Fiona. In Petit-de-Grat, on Cape Breton island, friends were helping one another as the province faced a hurricane that could bring a storm with winds gusting over 100 kilometres per hour.
