CP STATCAN SENIORS HEALTH

CHART - A new Statistics Canada report says an estimated half million, or 15.6 per cent of Canadian seniors who accessed specialized health care services in 2019/2020, reported having difficulty getting these services. Women were significantly more likely than men to have trouble accessing medical specialists and getting non-emergency tests. The Canadian Press has prepared a graphic looking at the data. The graphic accompanies StatCan-Seniors-Health ; THE CANADIAN PRESS/Sean Vokey
