Newsroom Ready: Calgarians soak up Stampede Parade after most water restrictions lifted

Calgary residents took a break from their water woes Friday, lining up six-deep downtown to watch the parade launching the annual summer Stampede festival. Some 100 parade entries, including 21 floats, 11 marching bands and 700 horses entertained crowds who came early to take in the show. (July 5, 2024)
