Cricket World Cup Coming to NYC Suburbs, Thriving in Immigrant Communities

The U.S. is hosting its first cricket World Cup next month, with a temporary stadium in NYC suburbs. The sport thrives among Caribbean and South Asian immigrants. Eight T20 World Cup games will be at Eisenhower Park, Long Island. Organizers hope for a boost like the 1994 FIFA World Cup.
