A Nova Scotia raccoon without fur is being cared for by a shelter in Seaforth. Hope Swinimer, the director of Hope for Wildlife, says the goal is for ‘Rufus’ to grow a protective coat, so she can return to the wild. But if not, a permanent habitat will be built for her. (Mar. 16, 2024)
