Ohio governor, first lady remember 1974 tornado in Xenia that killed 32 and leveled half the city

On April 3, 1974, a deadly tornado barreled through Xenia, Ohio. It killed 32 people, injured hundreds and leveled half the city of 25,000. Ohio Governor Mike DeWine was in Xenia during the storm. He and his wife, Fran recount their experiences that day. (AP Video/Patrick Orsagos)
