Hundreds rally to protest Saskatchewan pronoun legislation
Hundreds of people rallied outside the Saskatchewan legislature in Regina to protest incoming legislation that would require children under 16 to receive parental consent if they want to change their names or pronouns at school. Premier Scott Moe says he plans to table the legislation later this week and use the notwithstanding clause. (Oct. 10, 2023)
