American President Jimmy Carter and US Secretary of State Cyrus Vance at Winfield House in Regent Street's Park, London, as they await the arrival of the Turkish Prime Minister Suleyman Demirel. Mr Carter also met other heads of government in London for the 15-nation Nato meeting today and tomorrow.
