Margaret Thatcher arrives at her Belgravia home in London today after leaving hospital.The former prime minister, who broke her arm on June 12, was being treated at London's Chelsea and Westminster Hospital. Lady Thatcher, 83, has suffered a number of health scares in recent years and has become increasingly frail following a number of minor strokes.
