A deity now beginning to shine with all his former splendour is Eros, the God of Love, whose clean-up for the Coronation is now nearing completion at the Morris Singer Foundry, South Lambeth. Soon he will be back in his place of honour - London's Piccadilly Circus. Here Fred Reynolds is giving Eros his final check-over at the foundry.
