Ice cream man Jamie Campbell serves from the World's first amphibious Ice Cream Van, called the ÔHMS Flake 99', as it passes the St Stephen's Tower next to the Houses of Parliament by the River Thames in London, to mark National Ice Cream Week, which runs from 30th May until 5th June.
