Dr Michael Ramsey, the Archbishop of Canterbury, during his dedication of the glass inner doors presented to St. Bride's Church. Fleet Street, by the Press Association, Britain's national news agency, to commemorate the Association's 100th year. On the right is W D Barnetson, Chairman of the Press Association, who on behalf of the PA asked acceptance of the gift, on the left is Rev. Dewi Morgan, the Rector of St. Bride's, who formally accepted the doors, which are at the west entrance to the church. The dedication took place at a thanksgiving service to inaugurate the PA's centenary celebrations. St. Bride's regarded as the parish church of the press, is situated next to PA's headquarters in Fleet Street.
