In front of Vasari's fresco 'The Battle of Marciano', which hangs in the Hall of the 500, in the Palazzo Vecchio, Italian art expert Mauricio Seracini used radar and x-ray to detect a cavity behind the section of wall that the message ('Cerca Trova' Ð seek and you will find) was painted on. Leonardo's 'The Battle of Anghiari' should be hidden behind this fresco. Photo by Eric Vandeville/ABACAPRESS.COM
