XL Foods plant will not restart production until safe: Ritz

Agriculture Minister Gerry Ritz has toured the Alberta plant at the centre of the beef recall, and met with the Canadian Food Inspection Agency president. Ritz says he's working with the CFIA to ensure consumers are protected.
