    Canadian luger calls IOC’s ban on Russia a ‘moment of celebration’

    Canadian luger Sam Edney says the ban on Russia competing at the 2018 Olympics is a victory for clean sport. Edney says he is pleased Russian athletes will be allowed to compete as neutrals in Pyeongchang.
