A Police van arrives at the City of Westminster Magistrates Court, this morning. A teenage student will appear in court today accused of intending to commit acts of terrorism. Controlled explosions were carried out at 19-year-old Andrew "Isa" Ibrahim's home in Comb Paddock, Westbury-on-Trym, Bristol, earlier this month.
