THEIR UNIFORM IS BLUE-GREY MATERIAL A SHADE DARKER THAN THAT OF THE REGULAR POLICE; A BLACK SHAKO INSTEAD OF A GREEN ONE; BLACK BOOT GAITERS, AND ENGLISH-MADE RIFLES.
