FILE - In this Sept. 22, 2007 file photo, a rainbow forms over the Los Angeles Memorial Coliseum during the Southern California and Washington State NCAA college football game in Los Angeles. The University of Southern California's sale of naming rights for Los Angeles Memorial Coliseum is being criticized as dishonoring the historic stadium's dedication as a memorial to soldiers who fought and died in World War I. USC announced last year that the stadium will be renamed United Airlines Memorial Coliseum as part of a $270 million renovation of the facility, which opened in 1923. (AP Photo/Chris Carlson, File)

A woman in charge of safety in the Olympics' construction site in Beijing, China, on September 1, 2007. Many migrant workers who spent the last two years building Beijing's Olympic sites are now asked to leave the city during the August 8-24 Olympic Games. Working for small wages and often in dangerous situations, migrant workers, or 'mingong', have built the Olympic sites of the Chinese capital and largely contributed to its growth and real estate boom. But since July 27, 2008, all works are prohibited in Beijing to clean up the air before the foreign delegations arrive, and the migrant workers are asked to leave. Migrant workers don't have a residence permit in Beijing and will have to go back to their rural homes without a job, living on their savings, if any. The police told them they can come back after September 17, when the Paralympics games, which follow the Olympics, will end. Photo by Jordan Pouille/Pictobank/ABACAPRESS.COM
