President John Kennedy of the United States, who flew in from Ireland for a brief visit, chatting to FATHER CHARLES DOLMAN after attending mass at the Lady of the Forest Roman Catholic Church. The church is about four miles from Birch Grove, the Sussex home of Prime Minister Mr. Harold Macmillan with whom he has been staying and having informal talks. Some 50 demonstrators had turned up near the church with anti-Polaris and ban-the-bomb placards. President Kennedy smiled, and waved to them.
