Former actress Lillie Langtry picking fruit from a tree in the garden of her home in Monaco in 1922. She achieved notoriety by being the mistress of King Edward VII. She died in Monaco in 1929. She was known as "The Jersey Lily" having been born on the island of Jersey in 1853.
