Lord Falconer will detail the number of Crown and magistrates' courts which he wants to have video links and facilities which keep victims and witnesses separate from defendants. Visiting Wimbledon Magistrates' Court in south west London, Lord Falconer will inspect the latest video technology which allows vulnerable victims and witnesses to avoid having to give evidence in the court room.
