Nexen CEO calls pipeline failure 'disappointing' on visit to site

Nexen Energy's CEO is apologizing for a pipeline rupture in northern Alberta. Fang Zhi says he was "disheartened" to see the spill site southeast of Fort McMurray, and that the company is investigating the cause.
