Feds pull 5,000 most dangerous tank cars off railways

Ottawa is ordering railways to pull the least crash-resistant of older tank cars off the tracks immediately. Transport Minister Lisa Raitt announced a list of rail safety improvements Wednesday, after last year's Lac-Megantic disaster.
