Threats, weapon charges laid against man in chemicals case

Nova Scotia RCMP have charged Christopher Burton Phillips with uttering threats and possessing a weapon for a dangerous purpose, after hazardous chemicals were found in Halifax. Phillips was arrested Wednesday in Ottawa.
