Grenada PM calls beating death 'an isolated case'

Grenada's prime minister won't order a formal inquiry into allegations of police abuse. Tillman Thomas made the comments at the funeral of Oscar Bartholomew, a Toronto man who was allegedly beaten to death by police in the country.
