Puppy-training duty aims to rehabilitate prisoners

A program has inmates in a Nova Scotia jail tasked with training puppies. Co-ordinators say it's a win-win: puppies get the training needed to be adopted into good homes, while prisoners learn new skills and gain responsibility.
