Pepper spraying of Syrian refugees 'troubling' say police

Vancouver's Police chief is calling Friday's pepper spray attack on Syrian refugees "troubling." The incident happened outside the Muslim Association of Canada Centre during a "welcome night" and prompted sweeping condemnation.
