    Nova Scotia lobster boat captain pleads guilty to manslaughter

    The Crown says it will seek a "double-digit" sentence for a Nova Scotia lobster boat captain who has pleaded guilty to manslaughter. Dwayne Matthew Samson was one of four people charged in the 2013 death of Phillip Boudreau.
