Library filer of Chechen exile Akhmed Zakaev who will address a meeting in Parliament, Thursday March 17, 2005 as he makes his first public speech since the death of former president Aslan Maskhadov. Zakaev, the ex-deputy prime minister, is expected to criticise Washington's failure to condemn Maskhadov's killing and claim that Russian handling of the region's tensions has fuelled the potential for terrorist attacks.
