A British Airways Concorde takes off for the last time from London's Heathrow Airport at the start of its final journey to Airbus UK's Filton airfield, near Bristol, where the plane will eventually go on display. It was from the British Aircraft Corporation airfield at Filton that Concorde first flew in the UK in April 1969, and today's flight is the fifth special service to take Concordes to their final resting places, following the last passenger flights on October 24.
